Our residence halls offer a variety of living arrangements. Each living area is fully furnished and includes all utilities, laundry, and both a wired and wireless connection to the College computer network. Mail delivery and laundry facilities are conveniently located on site. Learn more about residence hall and campus services.

Rose Street Commons
Located at the west end of campus, Rose Street Commons is near the Field House.

Campus View
Located at the southeast side of campus, Campus View is near the Bush Campus Center.

The Village at Penn College
Located at the northeast side of the campus, The Village at Penn College is adjacent to the Klump Academic Center and Williamsport's historical district
Housing Contracts
Returning Students
The 2025-26 housing contract for returning students and December graduates will be available on the Student Portal starting November 18 at 4:00 p.m.
To be eligible, all returning students must complete the housing contract and be scheduled for Fall 2025 classes.
New and Transfer Students
The Spring 2025 and 2025-26 housing contracts for new and transfer students are currently available on the Student Portal.
