Housing Contracts

On-Campus Housing is currently at capacity for the Fall 2024 Semester.  New and Returning students who are just now applying for housing will be placed on a waiting list.  If space becomes available due to cancellations, students on the waiting list will be assigned to a space and notified of their assignment.

While there is no guarantee that students on the waiting list will be assigned to a space on campus for Fall, students are welcome to remain on the waiting list as long as they desire.  Students on the waiting list can view their waiting list number on the Student Portal or connect with the Residence Life Office should they have questions on their waiting list status.

If students on the waiting list decide to secure housing off-campus, they should let us know promptly and we will remove them from the Waiting List, canceling their housing contract and refunding their deposit.

Penn College works closely with off-campus landlords who market their properties to our students.  Landlords who meet the College's standards for inclusion on our Off-Campus Housing List are available via the Off-Campus Living & Commuter Services website.  Demand for off-campus apartments is high, so we encourage you to explore those options sooner than later to maximize your options.

New and Transfer Students

The Spring 2025 and the 2025-26 housing contract for new and transfer students is currently available on the Student Portal.

Returning Students

The 2025-26 housing contract for returning students and December graduates will be available on November 18th at 4pm on the Student Portal.
