Baking & Pastry Arts (A.A.S.)

Perfect your baking and pastry art skills in this three-semester program that features extensive hands-on experience in the lab and an internship. 

Culinary Arts Technology (A.A.S.)

Explore classical, American regional, and international cuisines, styles, and techniques. Travel the world of flavor and come home to a career you can truly enjoy for years to come.

Culinary Applications Certificate

From menu planning and food prep techniques to cooking methods and safety standards, you’ll build the hands-on experience to take your culinary career to a whole new level.

Professional Baking Certificate

In just two semesters you'll level up your baking skills with hands-on lessons focused on bread, cakes, desserts, confections, and business operations. 

Bachelor Degree Pathway

Rise to administrative and management positions in your field with an Applied Management (B.S.) degree, available online or on-campus.

Minors & Immersions

Pair a minor with any bachelor's degree, or an immersion with any bachelor's or associate's degree.

Champion pitmaster is Penn College’s latest Visiting Chef

The latest edition of Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Visiting Chef Series featured one of Lycoming County’s own: Chef George E. Logue III, a 2010 Penn College culinary arts graduate, a member of the reigning World Barbecue Championship team, and co-owner of Herman & Luther’s, just north of Montoursville.

Tasting the business of chocolate

Laura Tornichio, northeast territory sales manager for Guittard Chocolate Co., made a repeat visit to the Penn College campus last week to provide a lesson in the business of chocolate – along with a chocolate tasting – to students in the college’s baking and culinary majors.

Penn College classes add global travel to students’ education

Supporting Pennsylvania College of Technology’s mission to equip future leaders with real-world experience, faculty members led students in exploring new parts of that world through six 2024 Global Experience classes. In Europe, students explored the origin and future of objects of their study, and in Latin America, they used their budding skills to serve others. Around 135 students participated in the classes.
