    How do I become a Certified Culinarian or Certified Pastry Culinarian?

    American Culinary Federation Education Foundation

    Students who graduate from A.C.F.E.F.A.C. accredited programs and are Junior A.C.F. members at the time of graduation are eligible to certify for free at the Certified Culinarian or Certified Pastry Culinarian level.

    1. They must complete the A.C.F.E.F. Accredited Associate Degree Resume Form.
    2. They do not have to provide proof of work experience.
    3. They do not have to take the written exam.

    Graduates of an A.C.F.E.F.A.C. accredited program who are not members of the A.C.F. at the time of graduation are not eligible for the free Certified Culinarian or Certified Pastry Culinarian. To become certified students must follow the A.C.F. certification process.

    Additional information about certification is available through the American Culinary Federation.
