Have maintained a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher after completing at least 24 college credits
Have served in the United States military, are on active duty, or are enlisted in the Reserves or National Guard
Exhibits leadership in an on-campus and/or community initiatives or activities
Enrolled full-time
Be a first-year , or transfer student
