International students who are studying in the United States on an F-1 visa must be enrolled in a full course of study in-person. Students are not permitted to enroll in an entirely online degree. Online degrees are available to international students pursuing the degree from their home country. Students must still meet all admissions criteria for admission to the college and any special admissions requirements that govern pursuit of their chosen major.

Prospective students should be aware that certification/licensure requirements in this profession may vary by state. The Accounting program can prepare students to sit for several certification and/or licensure exams within the state of Pennsylvania (e.g., CPA, CMA, CPB, among others). The program office can help you determine eligibility within the State of Pennsylvania. Although most states have passed “mobility” laws, we have not determined if graduates of our program will be eligible for licensure in other states; therefore, students intending to seek employment in states other than Pennsylvania are also asked to contact the program office so that we can help you determine whether our program meets the requirements of the state where you intend to work.
