A new Penn College video provides an introduction to Police Chief David C. Pletz and the many services that he and his team provide. "Our officers are here to protect students, faculty and staff, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year," the chief notes in the 2:30-minute video. "This responsibility is one that the police cannot accomplish alone. Each community member must do his or her part in preventing crime, accidents and hazards from interfering with college life."
