Hundred Dresses exhibit to make pop-up appearance for Kids' First Friday. The Hundred Dresses Project will be on display in the Community Arts Center lobby from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 2. This special Kids' First Friday pop-up exhibit will feature a sampling of dress prints created by area schoolchildren for the show, which ran June 4 to July 23 in The Gallery at Penn College.

Backyard Broadcasting's "In Touch With Freddi Hammer" featured a tour of Madigan Library's "Hometown Teams" exhibit, a collaboration with the Smithsonian Institution and the World of Little League Museum, in its July 21 edition. Hammer visited campus in mid-July, talking with library director Tracey Amey and Lance Van Auken, the museum's executive director.
