Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Board of Directors has approved a $156.6 million budget for 2020-21, reflecting a $3.9 million (2.41%) decrease in spending from 2019-20. For Pennsylvania residents, who comprise 90.3 percent of the college’s total enrollment of 4,981, the budget includes an increase of 2.62% for tuition and fees combined.
