The challenges posed by vision loss will be the topic of the second in a series of faculty forums to be presented at the Pennsylvania College of Technology Library. On Wednesday, Feb. 18, Charles F. A memorial commencement award and scholarship honoring the late Ronald E. Thompson a faculty member at Pennsylvania College of Technology and its predecessor institution Williamsport Area Community College have been established at the College. The Ronald E.
