The Penn College community joins in tribute to Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Sean Michael Thomas, an alumnus who was killed in a rocket explosion inIraq on Tuesday. Ryan F. Walls, a plastics and polymer engineering technology major from Mansfield, has been chosen as the Student Government Association's "Student of the Month" for March. An SGA senator from the School of Industrial and Engineering Technologies, Walls was the first sophomore ever to be named "lead student engineer" for the college's Plastics Manufacturing Center.
