Anthony M. Doran, 21, of Howard, a student inPenn College'swelding major, died Saturday, May 26, from injuries suffered in a traffic accident in Howard Township, Centre County. A team of six Pennsylvania College of Technology students who have dedicated uncounted hours of free time to preparing their Mini Baja vehicle for competition will take it on the road to Rochester, N.Y., in early June.
