Throughout the year, Information Technology Services receives many requests from faculty and staff to install new software or software updates on office, lab and classroom computers. To ensure a quick response time, all software requests should be made directly through the ITS Help Desk. The ITS team will check licensing compliance, then dispatch a technician to install the software as soon as possible.
