A senior at South Williamsport Area High School is the 2007 recipient of the Peggy Madigan Memorial Leadership Scholarship award at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Jason M. McElroy learned of his selection while participating in the 22nd annual "Pennsylvania's Tomorrow Starts Today" Student Government Seminar, hosted at Penn College by state Sen. Roger A. Madigan.
