Five Pennsylvania College of Technology employees presented sessions recently at the 2007 American College Personnel Association/National Association of Student Personnel Administrators Joint Meeting in Orlando, Fla. ACPA and NASPA are the two primary professional organizations for student affairs administrators; they sponsor a joint conference every 10 years.

Terry A. Girdon, head of the business administration department at Pennsylvania College of Technology, has been re-elected to chair the Board of Commissioners of the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education.

The Instructional Technology Grant award committee is pleased to announce the recipients of this year's awards. According to Jennifer McLean, director of instructional technology and distance learning, this second year of the program brought a range of high-quality proposals for integrating technology in the classroom.

As part of the Microsoft conversion process, Information Technology Services assigned temporary network/e-mail passwords to all employees. Now that the conversion is over, it is important to return to a secure password protocol. Therefore, ITS will initiate a required password change on May 1.
