Pennsylvania College of Technology President Davie Jane Gilmour has established a building-to-endowed scholarship as part of the Penn College Scholarship Campaign and in honor of the college’s upcoming Centennial Celebration. Pennsylvania College of Technology has established an Office of Facilities and Events to coordinate scheduling of nonacademic meeting spaces and conferences on campus and has named Lenore G. Penfield as its director. Penfield, whose title is director of facilities utilization and college events, had served the college most recently as director of special events and The Gallery at Penn College.
