Annette Kilgus, Pennsylvania College of Technology's December 2001 commencement speaker, has been designated as one of the presenters who will share their success stories in Harrisburg on April 15 for the Pennsylvania Leadership Day event being sponsored by the Pennsylvania Women Work! organization.
