Jamie R. Miller has been appointed assistant director of corporate relations at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Miller, of Wellsboro, has been a coordinator of residence life at Penn College since September 2017 and head wrestling coach since May 2017. He begins his new duties on Jan. 7 and will remain as head wrestling coach.
