The use of technology and propaganda by the Nazis and the Islamic State group will be examined and compared in the first presentation of the Daniel J. Doyle Technology & Society Colloquia Series, set for Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 7 p.m. in the Klump Academic Center Auditorium at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
