Industry expo gives electrical students insight on products and professions. On Monday, 19 electrical technology and electromechanical maintenance technology students from Programmable Logic Control Input/Output Devices classes attended Schaedler Yesco Expo 2014 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in Hershey.
Pennsylvania College of Technology student Scott D. Hubler won’t be in class this week ... but he has a good excuse. Hubler, of Coplay, is in Florida preparing for his first ARCA Racing Series event at the famed Daytona International Speedway. Hubler is scheduled to drive the No. 7 car in the Lucas Oil 200 on Saturday.

Pennsylvania College of Technology has expanded the size and technical capacity of its building automation lab, thanks in part to the support of Honeywell and Ecosave Automation Inc. Both companies donated equipment and supportive software for the lab, which provides invaluable hands-on training for students enrolled in the college’s building automation technology bachelor-degree major.
