The Remembrance Garden, at the east side of the Carl Building Technologies Center, has been completed by students from Pennsylvania College of Technology's School of Construction and Design Technologies and will officially open Sunday. A new scholarship fund at Pennsylvania College of Technology honors the memory of the founder of a Berks County construction and design firm. The agreement to establish the Dwight E. Stoltzfus Memorial Trade Scholarship at Penn College was recently completed by Stoltzfus' widow, Kay, and their son Nicholas. Dwight Stoltzfus died in December 2004.
