Pennsylvania College of Technology's "You're the Chef" continues to stir public television viewers. The 30-minute cooking series just completed another successful ratings period and is being picked up by several PBS stations nationwide, including WPSX-TV in State College.

Responding to a need for more College-owned-and-operated student housing, Pennsylvania College of Technology has agreed to purchase College West Apartments from HFL Corp. of State College. The sale, which should become final on or before June 7, will increase the number of beds in Penn College's student-housing program to over 1,000.

The new main campus entrance, including a Commemorative Walkway, a student-constructed Field House and an expanded and renovated Earth Science Center are among new features that alumni, future students and their families, and community visitors will behold during Open House 2000 at Pennsylvania College of Technology on Sunday, March 26.
