Pennsylvania College of Technology presented Jeffrey C. Comitz with an Alumni Achievement Award at its Fall 2024 Commencement ceremony, held Dec. 21 at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport.
Comitz, of Montoursville, is director of operations at Thermal Product Solutions, New Columbia. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in heating, ventilation & air conditioning design technology in 2016 and an Associate of Applied Science in heating, ventilation & air conditioning technology in 2015.
The Alumni Achievement Award is presented to a graduate of the past 10 years in recognition of noteworthy career accomplishments that demonstrate the importance of a Penn College education.
After interning with the company as a college student, Comitz joined Thermal Product Solutions in 2016 as an applications engineer and later became the applications engineering manager. In his current role as director of operations since 2022, he oversees over 100 employees in production, procurement, quality and logistics functions.
Comitz frequently returns to campus to interact with current and prospective Penn College students. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce, Milton.
