Marlin was the 2019 Little League Baseball World Series host (aka “uncle”) for the championship team from River Ridge, La. “The team graciously extended an invitation for me to ride on their Krewe of Bacchus float at this year's Mardi Gras,” Cromley said. “What a wonderful week of visiting with the young men, coaches and families once again. The team had the honor of visiting with President Trump in the Oval Office, and flying on Air Force One with President Trump from Washington, D.C., to Louisiana.” Cromley is retired and resides in Montoursville.

He resides in Frederick, Md., with his wife of 25 years and twin children. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek and is on the Board of Directors for the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce.
