Who we are
The Clean Energy Center at Penn College develops and delivers in-person and online workforce training to clean energy professionals and entrepreneurs in the residential and commercial building sectors. The Center is a nationally recognized U.S. Department of Energy legacy training center and Building Performance Institute (BPI) Test Center, providing training, certification, and technical assistance to energy professionals.
