In-State Tuition Rate Extended to Broader Military Community
Penn College is pleased to offer our in-state tuition rate to:
- Active members of the military and veterans, regardless of their state of residency,
- Veterans’ spouses and dependent children, regardless of residency.
- National Guard members, reservists, and active-duty members, regardless of residency.
- Spouses and dependent children of National Guard members, reservists, and active-duty members, regardless of residency.
- Civilian personnel, their spouses, and dependent children of employees at a Department of Defense facility who are transferred to Pennsylvania by the Department of Defense and who reside in Pennsylvania.
