General Terms for Bid Sales
Sealed bids will be received by Pennsylvania College of Technology for surplus equipment and furniture.
Items are sold "as is, where is."
- A separate Bid Form must accompany each bid.
- High bidder must call to set up an appointment to remove the items.
- High bidder must submit proof of liability insurance.

General Terms for Employee/Student Sales
- All items at prices UNLESS MARKED OTHERWISE.
- ONLY current and retired faculty, staff, employees, and current students of Penn College are eligible to purchase these items.
- CASH or CHECK only is required at time of sale.
- COLLEGE ID IS REQUIRED.
- Items can be viewed and purchased at the designated location.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING SALE TIMES. Carts will be provided, but you will have to load your own items.
- 6% sales tax will be assessed on all sales.
