General Terms for Bid Sales

Sealed bids will be received by Pennsylvania College of Technology for surplus equipment and furniture.

Items are sold "as is, where is."

  • A separate Bid Form must accompany each bid.
  • High bidder must call to set up an appointment to remove the items.
  • High bidder must submit proof of liability insurance.

General Terms for Employee/Student Sales

  • All items at prices UNLESS MARKED OTHERWISE.
  • ONLY current and retired faculty, staff, employees, and current students of Penn College are eligible to purchase these items.
  • CASH or CHECK only is required at time of sale.
  • COLLEGE ID IS REQUIRED.
  • Items can be viewed and purchased at the designated location.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING SALE TIMES. Carts will be provided, but you will have to load your own items.
  • 6% sales tax will be assessed on all sales.
