A student's official grades and transcript will not be released if the student has any outstanding loans or fines (for example, parking fines, or library fines) at the College or if the student has outstanding obligations to the College for judicial sanctions or the return/replacement of items such as books, tools, or equipment.
When a hold is placed on a student's grades or transcript, the student will be notified in writing of the hold and of the action needed to release the grades or transcript. A student will not receive a diploma if there is a hold on the transcript.
