Second-semester students seeking an associate degree in electrical technology at Penn College installed electrical service to Lime Bluff Recreation Area in Hughesville throughout the fall semester.

Jamie R. Miller has been appointed assistant director of corporate relations at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Miller, of Wellsboro, has been a coordinator of residence life at Penn College since September 2017 and head wrestling coach since May 2017. He begins his new duties on Jan. 7 and will remain as head wrestling coach.
