For the fourth year in a row, Pennsylvania College of Technology has been honored with Tree Campus USA recognition for establishing and sustaining healthy community forests. Services will be scheduled for Gay Campbell, a former college board member who died Sunday, June 2, in Grovetown, Georgia, at age 86. Formerly of Ralston, she served on the board of trustees for Williamsport Area Community College – Penn College's immediate predecessor – from 1974-84, including terms as chair and vice chair.
