Pennsylvania College of Technology recently presented student achievement awards to its August 2003 graduates. The award winners and their addresses and academic majors are: PRESIDENT'S AWARD , for leadership and service to the College: Wendy A. Cunningham, Montoursville, Technical and Professional Communication.

Pennsylvania College of Technology students seeking on-campus housing now have a fourth option from which to choose Rose Street Apartments. Steady enrollment growth in recent years has increased the demand for on-campus housing, and that need has been addressed with the opening of the 370-bed facility on the west end of the main campus in Williamsport.

Pennsylvania College of Technology's bachelor-degree Nursing and certificate Practical Nursing majors have received full accreditation from the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission. By earning the designation, those two majors join the College's associate-degree Nursing major, which has been fully accredited by the NLNAC since 1993.

Six-week hatha yoga sessions for beginners, as well as those interested in developing a regular practice, will begin the week of Aug. 25 at Pennsylvania College of Technology. "Introduction to Yoga I A Beginning Practice" will be offered Tuesdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m., beginning Aug. 26.
