Students express themselves through floral design. The always-appealing work of students in Karen R. Ruhl's Art of Floral Design course, seasonally accented by the Valentine bear "stuffed" into the corner of the lobby, went on temporary display inside the Schneebeli Earth Science Center's main entrance on Wednesday.

First Citizens Community Bank has donated $5,000 to Pennsylvania College of Technology to benefit a program enabling high school students to take courses for college credit at no cost. The Penn College Foundation is approved as an Educational Improvement Organization under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program administered by the state Department of Community & Economic Development.
