Information Technology Services reminds the college community to be alert for e-mail scams. A recent scam, just in time for tax season, appears to come from the Internal Revenue Service. The message indicates that the recipient is eligible for a tax refund and provides a link to a refund-request form.

On Feb. 24, "The Crawdaddies" will perform at 9 p.m. at the Field House on the college's main campus.

Scott M. Tracy, 20, of Northampton, a student enrolled in the architectural technology major at Penn College, died Monday from injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Montour County. Students wishing to speak to a counselor may call Counseling Services at Penn College at (570) 327-4765. The funeral was at the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton.
