Billie A. Coffman, associate professor of early childhood education at Pennsylvania College of Technology, will be honored in "Who's Who Among America's Teachers." Coffman's biography will appear in the 10th edition of the book, to be published later this year. Teachers who are honored in the book have been nominated by a former student.
