Thomas McNally, in a photo from WACC's 1979 Montage yearbook Thomas Michael Patrick McNally, a member of the Williamsport Area Community College and Penn College faculty for more than 30 years, died Sunday, May 24, at his Camp Hill home. A licensed psychologist, McNally retired in 1998 as a counselor.
