Architecture & sustainable design seniors presented their capstone projects this past week in The Gallery at Penn College, among the final rites of passages in the dash to commencement.

Graduating seniors in the architecture and sustainable design major at Pennsylvania College of Technology will be showcasing their capstone projects at The Gallery at Penn College from April 7 to 16.

More than $5,000 in industry support is among the financial assistance to five Penn College students and two faculty members traveling to Las Vegas for the National Home Builders Association's International Building Show (Jan. 31-Feb. 2).

The halfway mark in Penn College's "Give Thanks, Paw It Forward" series of profiles belongs to Diana M. Gaglione, whose 14-day Global Experiences trip to Spain left her grateful for those who helped her embrace the "unimaginable beauty" of traveling outside her comfort zone. "The opportunity to experience a new culture was priceless to me.

Construction Specialties, a New Jersey-based building products manufacturer with four local operations in eastern Lycoming County, has appreciably broadened its collaboration with Pennsylvania College of Technology. The company, a participant in Penn College’s Corporate Tomorrow Makers program, has established an endowed scholarship and sponsored three Pre-College Programs this past summer.

The neon T-shirts of students, chaperones and volunteers sufficiently chased away the gloom and allowed a rainy Thursday's "PA Build My Future" to flourish unimpeded.
