Following federal and state orders, the U.S. and Commonwealth flags at Pennsylvania College of Technology are flying at half-staff in honor of His Holiness Pope Francis, who passed away on Monday.
Flags will be at half-staff until sunset on the date of interment, which has yet to be announced.
