Summertime weather greeted Penn College's annual Wildcat Egg Hunt on Saturday, following the event's postponement the previous weekend due to a dreary forecast. A special occasion for the families of college students and employees, the eagerly anticipated rite of spring was welcomed with untamed enthusiasm, as the Wildcat family descended on campus lawns with little ones toting baskets, buckets and bags to be filled with goodies and prizes.
For children ages 10 and under, the tradition features separate searches for differing age groups and is expertly orchestrated by the Student Veteran Organization. This year, more than 60 students and employees brought over 120 little ones to the gathering.

The ninth Wildcat Egg Hunt is greeted by ideal weather.
