Brian Walton, assistant dean of business and hospitality, feels the heat in "Wild Ones Episode 3."
“Have you ever eaten on camera? It's a little uncomfortable," quips Brian Walton, assistant dean of business and hospitality. "I’ve got to imagine this isn’t flattering, but it is delicious.”
Walton, a Penn College alumnus and campus favorite, takes on the heated challenge in "Wild Ones Episode 3 ." The series interviews campus community members as they eat progressively hotter sauce-drenched chicken (or vegan) wings – and the results are entertaining!
In Walton's eight-minute episode, he answers a range of burning questions and works in some good promotion for the college's Le Jeune Chef Restaurant and its chefs who developed the flavorful hot sauces. (The bottle labels were designed by Penn College graphic design students.)
