A warm welcome is easing a chilly move-in for new and returning students this weekend at Penn College.

Welcome Weekend is unfolding today through Sunday, with Spring 2025 classes starting on Monday. New students are moving in today and will be attending various required sessions, as well as elective and social events, throughout the weekend. Returning students begin to get settled on Saturday and can also register to attend elective and social activities.

A large crew of student and staff helpers are on hand to assist in the transition and the fun.

More information is available on the Welcome Weekend site.

Warm smiles make move-in easier! Orientation leaders Josiah P. Garrett (left) and Chyanna L. Galagarza are among the cheerful helpers awaiting new students in the Bush Campus Center lobby. Garrett is a graphic design major, and Galagarza is enrolled in human services & restorative justice.

Across campus at Dauphin Hall, resident assistants stand ready to assist!
