A funeral service will be held on Monday, Nov. 25, for Patricia J. Rambo, a retired Pennsylvania College of Technology faculty member and recipient of the Master Teacher Award. Rambo died Nov. 19, at the age of 85.
The service will begin at 11 a.m. at Greenview Alliance Church, 1955 Warrensville Road, Montoursville. Visitation is set for 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville.

After more than 16 years of service at Penn College and its predecessor institution, Williamsport Area Community College, Rambo retired as a professor of business administration in 1994, the same year she received the Veronica M. Muzic Master Teacher Award, the college’s highest faculty honor. She established the Robert and Patricia Shoff Rambo Scholarship to benefit accounting and applied management students.
