For Penn College students seeking job or internship opportunities, Career Services has scheduled two Pop-Up Employer Information Tables on campus this week:
On Monday, Oct. 28, Letterkenny Army Depot is hosting a pop-up table in the Hager Lifelong Education Center lobby (outside of KDR) from 10 am to 2 pm.
Candidates from these majors are being sought for the Chambersburg location:
• civil engineering
• engineering & industrial design technology
• electrical
• polymer engineering technology
On Wednesday, Oct. 30, Friends in Action is hosting a pop-up table in the Carl Building Technologies Center hallway from 10 am to 2 pm.
As a construction mission, they are seeking students from the following majors:
• building construction
• plumbing
• electrical
Friends in Action performs one- to two-week, short-term trips, but they would be open to talk about longer terms and/or internships. They have projects in West Africa, Uganda, Nicaragua, Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and Vanuatu.
