Two representatives of Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Student Government Association attended the annual All-University Day, held Oct. 5 at Penn State’s Beaver Stadium. The annual event was founded to unite and recognize the students of Penn State’s commonwealth and special mission campuses. Designated students represented the campuses by carrying campus banners across the football field during half-time activities en route to the Nittany Lions' eventual 27-11 win over UCLA.
Representing Penn College were Ralph R. Courtright III, SGA’s vice president of internal relations, and Kaylena L. Harrell, vice president of public relations. Courtright is a construction management junior from Milford. Harrell, of Williamsport, is a graphic design junior. Both are also student employees on campus. Courtright works for Student Engagement as a student engagement assistant. Harrell is a student marketing assistant in Public Relations & Marketing.
“Being able to represent Pennsylvania College of Technology by walking on the field during the Penn State All-U Day Game was one of the greatest events I've ever been able to be apart of and is something I will remember for years to come," Courtright said. "The experience was unlike anything else I've ever been able to be apart of during my college experience.”
“All-U Day was an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in Penn State’s culture,” Harrell added. “Walking across the field during halftime was exhilarating and sharing that moment with other Penn State-affiliated campuses made it even more special. It was a day that deepened my connection to the campus I love.”
