Rep. Jamie Flick (R-Lycoming and Union Counties) hosted his second annual Human Services Expo & Speaker Series at Pennsylvania College of Technology on Thursday.

The event highlighted a range of resources to help individuals and families live healthy, productive and fulfilling lives. The speaker series, featuring retired Army Sgt. Major Kevin Bittenbender, state Rep. Tarik Khan (D-Philadelphia County) and Alivia Tagliaferri, Rep. Flick’s district office manager, was hosted in the college’s Thompson Professional Development Center. The human services expo, held in the Field House, attracted approximately 70 agencies and providers dedicated to mental health and substance abuse recovery to veterans' services and elder care.

Open to the public, the Human Services Expo intends to connect individuals and families with agencies dedicated to improving physical and mental health and overall well-being.
