Penn College News has received word of the death of Sara F. Gifford, 35, a part-time faculty member who taught English Composition to first-year students last semester.
Gifford, who was a doctoral candidate at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and served as assistant director of international student services at Gettysburg College, died at the scene of a Dec. 22 traffic accident on Route 15 in Adams County.
Arrangements are pending and will be shared when available.
