A Penn College student and her husband welcomed a daughter at 4:39 a.m. Jan. 1, the first birth of the new year at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Among the media outlets reporting Aurora Jo's arrival were WNEP , which broadcast an interview with parents Felicia E. and Bradlee S. Rindo, of Loyalsock Township, during several of its newscasts, and The (Sunbury) Daily Item .
Felicia, a work-study student at The College Store, is pursuing a bachelor's degree in applied management. She earned an associate degree in human services & restorative justice in 2022.
