A Penn College student and her husband welcomed a daughter at 4:39 a.m. Jan. 1, the first birth of the new year at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Among the media outlets reporting Aurora Jo's arrival were WNEP, which broadcast an interview with parents Felicia E. and Bradlee S. Rindo, of Loyalsock Township, during several of its newscasts, and The (Sunbury) Daily Item.
Felicia, a work-study student at The College Store, is pursuing a bachelor's degree in applied management. She earned an associate degree in human services & restorative justice in 2022.
