Labor Day week appropriately features hiring events

There was no shortage of networking opportunities during the holiday-curtailed week, as Career Services kicked off its September lineup of Recruitment Days. Among programs in the spotlight were automated manufacturing & machining and welding & metal fabrication, which brought companies to the College Avenue Labs patio; and nursing, which paired job-hunting students with a variety of employers in the Breuder Advanced Technology & Health Sciences Center atrium.

Participating health care agencies offer a variety of work environents – including home health care, nursing homes, hospitals and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania faciltiies that include state hospitals, prisons and community nursing.
