Just in time to relieve any end-of-semester tension, the Penn College Business Club celebrated the last week of classes by cajoling a group of business faculty – and a staff member – to help them raise funds via a “Pie a Professor” event outside the Breuder Advanced Technology & Health Sciences Center.
At $2 a “pie,” passersby could toss a plateful of whipped cream at the employee of their choice: Summer L. Bukeavich, associate professor of business administration/management and marketing; Steven J. Moff, professor of business administration/management and marketing; Nate Woods Jr., special assistant to the president for inclusion transformation; and Tammy M. Rich, associate professor of business administration/management and event management.
In an impromptu goodwill gesture, Stephen R. Cheskiewicz, associate professor of computer information technology, popped by just before his 3:30 p.m. class – with a few of his students in tow – to take a faceful for the cause.
