Eyewitness News’ Jazzmyn Allen visited campus on Wednesday, encouraging viewers to delight in the latest offering by The Gallery at Penn College: “Golden Legacy: Original Art From 75 Years of Golden Books." Her story debuted during the 5 p.m. newscast, noting the historic and family-friendly nature of decades' worth of illustrations ... and, befitting the college's founding philosophy, the exhibit's additional hands-on aspect. “We have books on display that children can pick up and read," gallery director Penny Lutz said in Allen's report on WBRE/WYOU and pahomepage.com. "We have benches everywhere, so people can really take their time and sit and look through the exhibit and the books." The retrospective runs through March 30 on the third floor of Madigan Library.
