Dauphin Hall prevails in 'Wildcat Wars'

Winding up a pitch to the kickerA spirited display of flag-waving, shoulder-sitting solidarityPiecing it together, Lego-styleAfter a number of weather-related postponements when the fall semester was newer, “Wildcat Wars” – a Penn College tradition since 2014 – was finally held Tuesday. Four teams (most of which were consolidated due to shorthandedness) competed in a variety of challenges in and around the Field House: Dauphin Hall; Campus View/The Village; Lancaster/York halls; and CDJ (Clinton, Delaware and Juniata halls)/Off-Campus.

Final results

  1. Dauphin Hall, 60 points – including first place in kickball and dodgeball, and second-place finishes in tug of war, the Lego Build Challenge and Kahoot

  2. Lancaster/York, 51 points – including first in tug of war and Lego

  3. CVA/The Village, 44 points – including first in Kahoot and second in kickball

  4. CDJ/Off-Campus 32 points – including second in dodgeball
